Early Childhood Program Officer, Staff
Heather is responsible for developing and refining the Northwest Regional Early Childhood (RECA) processes and implementation strategies. She works with local organizations to build RECA, fostering information and best practice sharing among RECA members and community partners. She strengthens partnerships and alliances and builds greater alignment across the region’s stakeholders.
Heather previously held roles in customer service management as well as early childhood education. She has lived in the Northwest Corner for 15 years, where she and her husband have fostered several children.
Heather’s commitment to improving the lives of children and families is central to her role, making her a pivotal figure in improving the lives of children and families in Northwest CT.
